I knew what we were getting into before coming here. After doing our research and reading countless reviews, we anticipated that the servers will push for tips despite the signs stating they aren't expected due to the 12% service charge posted onto everything. Since it's a buffet where you get your own plates, cups, and food, the service was mostly clearing the table and the "how's everything?" check-ins. While everyone's experiences here can vary, ours actually went pretty smoothly. We were politely informed that the 12% service charge is shared among the staff and asked if we’d like to tip if we liked the service. Since we normally tip around 15% and given the 12% SC, we gave a 3% tip. Even on top of the 3% credit card fee. Land of the fee, am I right? After paying, the server was standing by our table so as we left the tip, we got up and left in a hurry all because of the energy the tipping pressure created. As for the food, it was alright. Not amazing, but not bad, and pretty good for a weekday lunch rate. The sushi was pretty standard, but I was just happy to devour unlimited amounts of salmon haha. Do not waste your time at this location—they are nasty! Compared to the locations in Jersey and Southwest, this one is horrible. The food was either cold or barely warm, there was very little variety, and some of the food appeared spoiled. I got a crab claw, opened it, and the smell immediately hit me. You could clearly tell it was spoiled by both the appearance and the odor. It literally smelled like a sewer. Of course, the manager was conveniently “on vacation,” so the only thing they offered was a 20% discount. I made sure to let them know how unacceptable this was, especially considering it involved seafood that could potentially make someone sick. I definitely will not be returning to this location.

Food is good. We may have went a bit early but the options seems sparse I will say the sushi is always fresh and filled! And the ramen is actually quite nice! Service is good only thing is our server kinda implied leaving her a tip which is odd for a buffet especially given there is automatic service fee charge.

This place was the best buffet I have ever been to love buffets and I also love hot pot. I have been to many all over the USA. I highly recommend this place if you are in the Philadelphia area. It has the biggest selection of food for the best pricing. It’s only 21.99 for the lunch buffet. You could choose from 60 different types of food drinks and desserts. I really enjoyed dining at this establishment. This is a must go to for any one that visits or lives in the Philadelphia area.

There were so many options. The items for the hot pot were freshly with an assortment of food. The meats were favorable in the sauce. I feel like some had too much sauce. But the food tasted amazing. The had tea drinks, ice cream and other things availabile. The service was great. They even sang happy birthday and had the birthday sign.
